What is the Telegram Media Search?

Scrolling a busy channel to find one video is painful. Type a word, and we use Telegram's channel search to find matching posts, then show only their media.

Leave the search box empty to see the newest media instead. Results can be downloaded, zipped or exported as a list.

Does it search inside videos or pictures?
No. It searches the post text, the same way Telegram's own search works.
Can I search all of Telegram?
No. Search works inside one public channel at a time.
Can I use it for private groups or chats?
No. Only public channels have a web preview. Private groups, chats and channels need a Telegram login, and we never ask for one.
Do you keep the files?
No. Photos and videos go straight from Telegram to your browser. Nothing is saved on our server.
