About ToolPoint

We build small, honest tools that do one job well, and we keep them free for everyone.

Why we made ToolPoint

Many online tools are full of ads, pop-ups and sign-up walls. Some ask for your email before they show a simple answer. We did not like that, so we made ToolPoint.

Every tool on this site has one clear job. You open the page, enter what is needed, and get your answer. There is no account, no login and no payment. The only small exception is the Space Planner, which asks for a free sign-in with Google.

What you will find here

  • Website tools to download files like robots.txt, ads.txt, llms.txt and sitemaps, and to save webpages as PDF, Excel, Markdown and more.
  • Calculators made for India for salary arrears, notice periods, working days, farm cost per acre, crop profit, mandi patti, DLC value, catering quantity and more.
  • Web remotes that let you control fans, lights, pumps, motors and other devices you build with boards like ESP32.
  • Downloaders that save public podcasts, videos, audio, Telegram files and YouTube thumbnails and transcripts.

Our promise to you

These five promises guide everything we build. If a tool ever breaks one of them, please tell us and we will fix it.

How we keep things private

Calculators and remotes run fully inside your browser. Your numbers do not come to our server at all. Website tools only read the public page you ask for. We show you the result and do not keep a copy. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy and our DPDP Act notice.

How the website tools read other sites

When you use a website tool, our server visits the public address you enter, just like a normal browser would. It uses the name ToolPointBot. It never reads private networks and never logs in anywhere. If you run a website and want to ask us anything about this, please contact us.

How a web remote works

A web remote is a control panel that runs in your browser. When you tap a button, it sends a short command to a device you own, such as an ESP32 board connected to a relay. You can try every remote in demo mode first, and we give you ready code for your board.

Simple words, on purpose

We write every page in plain, easy English. Not everyone is a developer or an accountant, and that is fine. If any page is hard to understand, tell us and we will make it simpler.
