1. What ToolPoint stores
ToolPoint does not host, upload or keep other people's videos, music, podcasts, images or documents. A downloader tool works only when a visitor pastes a public link. Our server reads that public page or file at that moment and passes it to the visitor. Download links made by our tools stop working after a few hours, and we do not keep a copy of the file.
- We only work with content that anyone can open without a login.
- We never break DRM, passwords, paywalls or captchas.
- We do not run a library, a search index of files or a sharing service.
2. What you must do as a user
You are responsible for what you download and how you use it. Only download files that you own, that are free to use, or that the owner lets you save for personal use. Do not copy, sell or re-upload someone else's work without their permission. See our Terms of Use.
3. If you are a rights holder
If you think a ToolPoint tool or page is being used in a way that harms your copyright or other rights, please email hello@toolpoint.in with the subject Copyright notice. Please include:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- What the work is, and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
- The exact link (URL) that you want us to block, and the ToolPoint page it was used on.
- A line saying you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, the law or an agreement.
- A line saying the information in your notice is true.
4. What we do next
- We confirm that we received your notice within 3 working days.
- If the notice is complete and the claim looks fair, we block that link or website from our tools and tell you when it is done.
- If someone tells us the block was a mistake, we may ask you for more details before we decide again.
- We may stop people who misuse the tools again and again.
We act on notices under Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and in the same spirit under the laws of other countries.
5. Brand names and logos
Names and logos such as YouTube, Telegram, SoundCloud or Apple Podcasts belong to their owners. We show them only to tell you which website a tool works with. ToolPoint is not part of, sponsored by or approved by these companies.
