Terms of use

By using ToolPoint you agree to these simple rules.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Free to use

You may use every tool for personal and business work at no cost. Please do not try to overload the site with automated requests. We limit how many requests one person can make per minute to keep the site fast for everyone.

2. Use tools fairly

  • Only check websites and download files that you have the right to access.
  • Do not use the tools to break the law, or to get around a password, paywall, captcha or copy protection.
  • Respect the copyright of content you download. Saving a page does not give you the right to republish it.
  • Do not use the tools to attack, scrape at large scale, or harm any website or person.
  • Only connect web remotes to devices that you own or are allowed to control.

3. Results are a guide

We work hard to make every tool correct, but we cannot promise that every result is perfect. Calculator results are estimates. Rules, rates and prices (like stamp duty, DA, fertiliser prices or holiday lists) can change. Please check important numbers with an expert or an official source before you make big decisions. See our disclaimer.

4. Safety with web remotes

Web remotes send commands to devices you connect. Wiring mains power (230 V) is dangerous. Use a qualified electrician, proper relays, fuses and enclosures. Never use a web remote as the only way to stop a machine. Always keep a physical emergency stop.

5. No warranty

ToolPoint is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or its results.

6. Copyright and content

ToolPoint does not host other people's files. You are responsible for what you download and how you use it. If you are a rights holder and want a link blocked, read our Copyright and Takedown Policy.

7. Your data

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and DPDP Act notice.

8. Changes

We may improve, change or remove tools at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using ToolPoint after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. If you want to complain about anything on ToolPoint, please write to us first at hello@toolpoint.in and we will try to solve it.
