What is the Webpage Table to Excel & CSV Downloader?

Copying a table from a website into Excel often breaks the rows and columns. Merged cells go to the wrong place, and numbers turn into text.

This tool finds every data table on the page and shows you a preview. Download any table as Excel or CSV, or get all tables at once in one Excel file where each table is its own sheet. Merged cells (colspan and rowspan) are spread out correctly, and numbers stay as numbers.

How to use it

  1. Paste the address of the page that has the table.
  2. Press Find tables. We list every table with a preview.
  3. Press Excel or CSV next to the table you want.
  4. Or press Download all tables to get one Excel file with every table.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't the tool find my table?
Some sites draw tables using JavaScript or with <div> blocks that only look like a table. We can only read real HTML tables that are in the page.
Will Hindi or other languages work?
Yes. Files are saved in UTF-8, so Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and other scripts show correctly.
Is there a row limit?
The preview shows 8 rows. Excel downloads include all rows. CSV downloads include up to 5,000 rows per table.
Can I use the data?
Facts and numbers are fine for your own analysis. If you publish it, give credit and follow the website's terms.
